Our friends at Peccadillo have compiled their seventh DVD collection of gay-themed short films, this time focussing on the dark side of love.
Highlights include two provocative, sexy shorts from Israel: the controversial thriller WATCH OVER ME and the wrenching break-up sex drama THE TRAITOR.
Other gems include evocative films from Germany (CAKE & SAND), New Zealand (COMMUNICATION) and Canada (MIRRORS, starring Heartbeats’ Xavier Dolan), plus three offbeat shorts from America: “straight” male friends in CURIOUS THING (pictured), a creepy hotel visit in THE STRANGE ONES and the nutty Oscar-winning short THE NEW TENANTS.
