The cast and crew of this British gay creep-out create a superbly unsettling atmosphere that makes it good fun to watch.
David Paisley stars as a Rick, travelling to an isolated island village with his girlfriend (Christina DeVallee) and their pal Jonny (Jonathan Keane), whom Rick is secretly shagging. Or maybe it’s not so secret.
But on Amen Island, they run into a group of freaky locals who deal with these outsiders in their own way. The plot is a little clunky, but the eerie religious nuttiness makes it thoroughly entertaining, even when things take a nasty turn. (Peccadillo). 8/10
