I like a local vibe, I really do – The last LUCKY DIP of 2017! at the Retro Bar on Thursday 14th has got that community feel in the middle of town, and it’s always good for a drop in! Join DJ Heidi Heelz and the Retro Bar fam for a cozy evening of cult hits, 8pm till 11pm.
Another local, The Glory, presents Santa’s Werkshop – Slutty Drag Nutbag Party! at on Friday 15th. OMG! Christmas overload with all the trimmings from 9pm with Jonbenet Blonde & Jacqui Potato. In the basement there’s DJ action from A Boy From Outer Space and it all goes on till 2am.
This week, we celebrate Kristoffer Chapman’s life with Kris Chapman’s Christmas Cake: A Tribute & Fundraiser on Friday 15th at East Bloc. We’re all heading up there to DJ including Glyn Famous, A Man To Pet, Paul Heron, Hifi Sean and more. On from 9pm till 6am. All donations go to help with funeral costs.
Back down at The Glory, join me at Jonny Woo’s Electric Christmas where I’ll be DJing on Saturday 16th, in the bar until 3am. Lots of special guests, including Diane Chorley and the fabulous electro scene queen from T’Party Viktor DJing in the basement! Jonny will performing a naked erotic installation with artists James Davison and Josh Cryne.
Then, the world is your oyster, because it’s the Dalston Superstore Christmas Bash feat. Spencer Parker! on Saturday 16th. Join an all-star line up of DJs; Nadia Ksaiba, Mikki Most, Will Cozforg, A Man To Pet, Jacob Aria and Tomboy till 4am.
Fancy a love in? Then dive into The Queen Adelaide basement for I Feel Love on Saturday 16th from 10pm till 3am with DJ’s Stella Stein and Jeffrey Hinton playing all things D.I.S.C.O.
Finally, all roads lead to NagNagNag: It’s BACK BACK BACK! Saturday 16th at East Bloc, on till 6am! Join this cult night making a welcome return with Jonny Slut and Fil OK and friends! It’s going to be maje!
Still feeling like you need a fix? Then join The XXXMas Shit Show On Wednesday 20th at The Glory where drag knows no limits! Baby Lame presents an all-star cast ‘featuring a meaty buffet of festive filth’ – Mouse, Shesus and the Sistas, Lydia L’Scabies, Carmen Mon Oxide and more perform a ‘shitmas craptacular’. 8pm till 11.30pm. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, it’s show time with the Non-Binary Cabaret Xmas Bonanza on Thursday 21st The Glory. Hosted and presented by Donna Powell it starts at 8pm on the dot!
