NEW MUSIC VIDEO KLAXON: Le Fil’s 24/7

We love Le Fil! They’re an audiovisiual queer art sensation! They’re also super down to earth, super lovely, and super talented. A very rare combination. Usually super talented artists are mad slags – which of course is fine too, we love a mad slag.

Le Fil’s got loads of strings to their thong! They’ve been a QX cover star, they’ve done art shows, they’ve been in a Toyota ad, they’ve been in a Smirnoff ad, they’re part of acclaimed drag troupe Sink The Pink…but their heart has always lain in music.

They’ve been releasing bits and pieces here and there, but now they’ve got a gorgeous glossy MUSIC VIDEO, for latest single 24/7. It’s fab and messy, and Le Fil scampers around London causing trouble and accosting cute boys. A bit like the video for Criminal by Britney, but better.

Watch it HERE:

‘I am so excited to release this video,’ says Le Fil. ‘I wrote 24/7 about our society’s all-you-can-eat consumerist desire. On the surface the song is about satisfying customers, but it could also be about the process of satisfying lovers as a service scenario and the objectification of ourselves’

Le Fil’s show 24/7 will be at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival from August 7th – 11th. Book tickets here.
