We get chatting with bottom-extraordinaire Ben Master about his latest flick
The folks over at Cockyboys are igniting a revolution in porn. Gone are the fake groans and forced affection, they’re here to serve up some REALNESS. We caught up with bottom-extraordinaire Ben Master’s to chat about his latest flick Just Being Me.
Tell me all about your latest super-hot cocky boys movie, Just Being Me? It’s very different to your usual gay porn.
It’s very different. It’s all about us being ourselves, doing what we do best. Normally it’s like, I’m a bottom in the world, a famous bottom. That’s what I do always. Levi is my boyfriend so it’s really showing the world what I do with my boyfriend, so I can just be me, which is essentially what the whole project was. Jake Jaxon asked me and Levi to do it specifically because he knew we were cool with being ourselves to the world.
Oh you’re real life boyfriend? How was doing it on camera with him?
Filming with your boyfriend is always way easier than filming with someone I just met.
How different was it to when you get it on usually?
Eeer, not very! The thing with Cockyboys is that it’s all natural. Whatever works, works. With Levi and I it was just us, though we did have to think and make sure you could see parts of it, but for the most part it felt exactly the same as how we usually have sex.
You openly discuss this “you’re too gay” issue, is that something you’ve found both in your private life and professionally?
Yeah, I hear it everywhere, that I’m “too gay”. I get told that a lot. It doesn’t bother me, I love being TOO gay, that’s who I am.
This a very honest project, were you a little apprehensive about approaching one that was so based in being honest about who you are?
No, I love it because I’m pretty… Most of the people who watch my stuff usually follow me on Instagram (@thebenmasters), I show most of what I do every day, even when I’m upset I let everyone know that I’m upset. To show how honest and open I am as a person was great for me. I LOVED IT.
So director Jake Jaxson approached this as being ‘porn with a purpose’, do you think that porn can have a real world purpose?
I TOTALLY think. A lot of people watch porn to escape their life and go and watch some fantasy that they want to be a part of and rather it being some intense random person having sex, and its gross, why not have them have a real fantasy that’s really interesting, that shows real people doing real things.
Is realism something you find that’s lacking in the porn industry?
Well there is a story you have to portray, because we are essentially actors in a way, pretending to be a different person in every scene pretty much. There’s always a different person I’m trying to be, so being myself was actually easier.
Being such an internationally renowned bottom, we couldn’t help but admire your… well, bottom. What advice do you have for our readers who would like to achieve the perfect behind?
I’m a ballet dancer, I do ballet for about eight hours Monday through Friday so that’s how I get my butt. BUT also I do squats, I do like a million squats every day.
That sounds… painful. So have you ever been over here in the Britain?
No but I want to go so bad though!
Have you ever been over a Brit?
Well there is a British Cockyboy, but I’ve never had sex with a British guy. I will one gay I promise!
