The Eagle’s swooping in to save your Christmas!
When it comes to rogue nights of leaving your inhibitions at the door, The Eagle always has your back. This festive season might be all about another feathered creature, being turkey-lurkey time, but this Eagle isn’t going to be outdone. She’s getting all dolled up in Christmas regalia, before diving into a vat of glitter to emerge sparkling on New Years Eve. Here’s what they’ve got popping over this festive season:
The VoHoHo Christmas Revue Show
Wednesday 19th December
Quickly becoming one of the best cabaret nights in town, The Eagle is welcoming the freshest names on the scene for a festive instalment, where trash will become Christmas treasure. Co-hosts Poppycock and Flick De’ Bean will be serving the Marks & Spencer AW19’ office Christmas party collection. Joining the party will be Fruit (drenched in as much alcohol as the ones floating in your mulled wine), Veronica Montenegro (giving you Sofia Vergara Christmas special), Olive Hooters (like a mid-booze-binge Marilyn Monroe) and Gem Divine (sad, sexy tears of a clown).
8pm – 2am. Free all night, with happy hour until 10pm.
Carpet Burn Christmas Bash!
Friday 21st December
A Christmas carpet burn is what your mother had on her back when you saw her kissing Santa Clause. Strap yourself in for some hits, tits and glitz from Jim Stanton (of HMD fame), Martyn Fitzgerald (Handsome) and the Eagle Stoli Dolly. Carpet Burn always gives you that cross-section across the ages, of classic house and dinky disco. They’re giving out FREE tickets on OutSavvy, so long as you’re punctual before 11pm. SOS – A Soulful Christmas
Saturday 22nd December
So when you’re near me, darling can’t you hear me, S O friggen S! They’re serving that soul this Christmas, so get trimming those flares in fur, and bedazzle those oversized collars. At the helm of this smooth slay ride through the jams is certified hottie Roy Inc, who you can guarantee is on Santa’s Naughty list this year. On the decks are Terry T-Rex and Jeannie Crystal who are welcoming magical Christmas elf Conor Lynch as their guest. Come on, Mary’s boy child Jesus Christ! It’s time to get festively funky.

Horse Meat Disco Christmas
Sunday 23rd December
Sometimes Turkey and Goose just get a little dull on the Christmas dinner table, get yourself a healthy helping of Horse Meat! There’s something about those chill disco funk vibes that’s fitting with that urban kind of Christmas cheer. It’s the day before you’re travelling over to some awful desolate house to celebrate the big day, so you may as well go all out. Helping you slurp down the eggnog will be tunes provided by Severino and James Hillard, who are known for giving their Turkeys a good stuffing. Arrive before 10pm and you can saunter in free of charge.

Horse Meat Disco
Sunday 30th December
There’s something so old hat about just celebrating the new year for just one night, it should be a three day spectacular! That’s exactly what The Eagle thought too, with a pumping edition of Horse Meat Disco on New Years Eve Eve! It’s the last Sunday night of ’18 which doesn’t quite sound like a good-enough excuse, but seeing how the day after is a bank holiday it’s the PERFECT excuse. Join James Hillard, Jim Stanton and Severino at the mothership for the HMD ’18 swan song, which knowing them will be a killer funk dance hit.

Cheer Up: It’s New Years Eve
Monday 31st December
Cheer Up have really come into their own this year, and what better way to say a proper ‘goodbye and fuck off’ to 2018. Party like you’re heading into 1989 with a night of popalicious action. There’s nothing worse than being crammed in a huge club having lost your friends, with music you’ve never heard before blasting in your ears. Take the safe bet of party anthems and throwback hits this NYE with a night that is sure to be filled with pretty young men looking for a pair of lips to smooch when the bell tolls midnight! Be sure to warm up the voice ahead of this new years night of sing-along dance tunes.

Horse Meat Disco NYD Gymkhana
Tuesday 1st January
Two servings of Horse Meat in three days? Aren’t we damn lucky! They’re sandwiching the big night so you can make the most of those bank holidays. Don’t give your hangover the time to sink in because New Years Day is going to be just as fab. Jump right back on it from 8pm, when the Horse Meat trio will be back in their stable ready to canter out some funky beats. They’re stretching the night to a 4am close, which means you can shake that thaying right into the 2nd.
