I don’t know about you, but I’m still trying to recover from the ‘festive’ period, what with menswear fashion week and then The Glory staff party, where we we managed to fit in Tasty Tim DJing at The Comptons, dinner at Balans and even a jaunt to Popcorn at Heaven. These things happen every Monday!
We’re starting off with a Friday jaunt this week and a trip to see art-tastic filmmaker Robert Fox’s latest offering…Jets ‘Play’ Ft Mykki Blanco x Robert Fox on Friday 18th January from 6pm till 9pm. It’s a screening of a musical collaboration project from LA-based producers Jets, and Mykki Blanco sings on the track. On at 23 Paul Street, E15. Enter JET PLAZA through the top room’s secret bookcase, where a whole new world awaits. With intermittent music from Josh Quinton.

Back with a bang, Bottom Heavy is on Saturday 19th January at Dalston Superstore from 9pm till 4am. Join DJ’s Dan Beaumont and Wes Baggaley in the lazer pit (that’s downstairs) playing their bangin’ sets while Goldsnap and Rachael play the bar with Finn Love and Luna TikTok prancing and hosting!
The inventive happening CAMPerVAN presents: ME(ME) and pulls up on Sunday 20th 4pm – 9pm at Grow Tottenham (a community garden) which is at Ashley House, Ashley Road, Tottenham Hale, N17. Themes of post social media revolve around artists and performers exploring questions of the digital. Join Samuel Douek and friends including Benedict Douglas and Oli Raptor for an enlightening afternoon experience.
