13/10/16: Erm, so we’re not really sure WHY there was a Eurovision party in October, but then…why not!

New Bloomsbury Set, for those of you who haven’t heard of it, is a lovely, clandestine little gay cocktail bar, tucked down a side street in Bloomsbury, just a stone’s throw from the iconic Gay’s The Word bookshop. It’s got charming staff and delicious drinkies.
Thursday was a lovely crowd of euro-enthusiasts, with euro music and a Eurovision quiz! The only thing that would have made it better is if Svetlana Loboda had turned up. If you don’t know who that is, look her up on YouTube. She’s a right treat.
