KELE LE ROC AT KAZBAR

26/05/13: Kazbar Stage is beginning to become the place to be for some of our favourite pop stars of the recent years.

After Angie Brown’s trip back in time a few weeks ago, Bank Holiday Sunday saw Kele Le Roc take the mic. Back in 1999, Kele Le Roc was a MOBO Award-winning Best Newcomer and had a Top 10 under her bootlegged jeans with ‘My Love’. Despite further sporadic singles over the last decade, Kele’s night in the spotlight left us wondering why she hasn’t had more success!

With her warm rapport with a crowd loving the long weekend, Kele ‘Showered us With Kisses’ and gave us a ‘Little Bit of Lovin’.

After DJ Paul Morrell whipped up the bar beforehand, Kele strutted about her set in a killer dress that made everyone swoon and question their sexuality just for a second – before obviously dancing along like only queens know how. Any fans, old or new, will be pleased to know this won’t be the last we see of her.

Speaking to QX last week, she told us she’s teamed up with Basement Jaxx and is recording a dubstep album.

Welcome back, Kele. Now, can we start putting requests in for the next Kazbar PA?
