03/05/15: May Day, May Day! Ku-Bar’s pole dancers will diminish your self-confidence, whilst comfortably moistening the front of your pants.
Ripped contoured bodies sliding up and down a pole is our new favourite performance art, which we were very happy watching last Sunday bank holiday, accompanied of course by our trusty companions Heineken and Gin. Vicki Vivacious had taken the night off touring with her drag band, The Supreme Fabulettes, spinning the best of pop and dance anthems while looking wonderfully drag-tastic and pristine. The crowd was young, juicy and friendly, just as we have come to expect at Ku Bar. One encounter with a hot German guy even ended with a cheeky snog and number exchange for us, happy days! It was a spring/summer night bursting with fun, and as the alcohol worked it’s magic, the pole-dancing hotties seemed to become even more beautiful and were evidently pleasing the crowd. What a way to spend the bank holiday, sign us up for next May!
