27/11/11: On a freezing Sunday evening, whilst most of us are sipping a warm hot chocolate by the blazing fire, QX rocked down to Camden Town to do what we do best!
And boy, it was worth it! A Charity Fundraising party for a Leftfooters FC and Cancer Research was well under way at The Black Cap, a nice little pub in the heart of Camden. With live cabaret acts on all night, I just knew this was going to be a treat.
And my God, I have never laughed so much in my life! And of course, who would be at the forefront of it all? Sandra, obviously! “Check out Doctor Who standing in the audience,” she said to a man wearing a bizarre hat – amazing!
Also throughout the evening we had DJs Little John and DJ Miles along with Mandy Gap, Cassandra, Leftfooters Play Your Cards Right and Stephen De Martin (4 Poofs and a Piano).
The highlight of the evening really was The Naked Boys Singing, three young twinks performing the most hilarious and crude acts, who eventually, after having us all in stitches, stripped bare!
And as this was happening, Sandra was roaming around the crowd shouting “oh come on, get on with it, I want to see some cock!” Who doesn’t love a skinny white boy’s bits and bobs? ME!
