15/12/12 It’s all go at The Edge right now, and it seems that the weekend late license has given the famous Soho Square venue a seriously rockin’ party vibe. It’s great to have somewhere close, comfortable with just the right amount of cray to swing our handbag round in until long after the last tube has departed.
Tonight, the place was packed to the rafters with pre-Christmas party people, shimmying and grooving to some superb thumpy pumpy house sounds served up by the ridiculously sexy Zach Burns. Talking of sexy, those gogo boys took us to the edge of sexual frustration (Geddit?) with their thrusting hips in tiny short shorts making the girls scream and the boys cream. The place looks fabulous, too, and the always-wonderful Felicia Van Cartier is one of our favourite hostesses!
We chatted to a couple of people who had booked The Edge especially for their Christmas parties, and judging by the big, boozy grins on their faces, this was a reservation well made. If you’re looking for some pre-New Year’s action, we can highly recommend booking the venue NOW to take advantage of two of their gorgeous floors and table service.
Talking of New Year, the gaffers tell us they’re going all out this year with a super late sesh of top tuneage, free bubbles and plenty of eye candy to feast your hungry eyes on. Advanced tickets are available in person from the bar or via the website www.edgesoho.co.uk.
