26/09/14: We here at QX Towers couldn’t kick a ball if our lives depended on it, but we do love a footy player in kit, so imagine our delight when we heard the hot LGBT friendly football club, London Titans, had joined forces with sponsors The Two Brewers for a brand new explosion of pop fun, ‘Ball’.
Headlining the launch was Sugababes and Eurovision star Jade Ewen who was in fine form, belting out a raft of the girlband’s hits to a rapturous audience, while the cabaret circuit’s biggest duo CK provide some sparkle, big voices and tight, ahem, harmonies. Heat Radio’s James Barr kept the back bar buzzing for much of the night on one of the busiest Fridays the Brewers has seen in some time and all of this with the added bonus of the aforementioned football boys in their tight vests – a ball (or two) was definitely had!
Ball will continue on the last Friday of every month with the next edition on Friday 31st October – Halloween Ball.
