Soho Gyms is basically Grindr in the flesh, and then it has its own gay nightlife for when the sun goes down.
Two Brewers came up with an even bigger draw than ever on Friday by letting Freemasons pump up the volume and play their – and our – favourite tracks of the summer in the clubroom. With a crowd ready for a weekend of summer fun, it was the perfect end to the working week. What’s more, the Brighton pair didn’t arrive empty-handed. Katherine Ellis, featuring on their new single ‘Tears’, came along as the boys’ honorary fag hag and set of lungs, belting out the track in the front bar. We have a feeling there were lots of downloads on iTunes that night! The song was good, her frock was great, and hell, we’re a sucker for two shirtless back-up dancers.
Indeed the flesh on show seems to have been quite the inspiration, inspiring many a guy to get some skin on show in the back room and dance until the early hours. With the whole of the weekend still ahead of us, the Freemasons set the tone for a good time. We can’t wait to see who else might be spinning the decks at Two Brewers this summer…
