12/11/11: Never ones to miss out on the opportunity of digging through the dressing up box, our lovely friends at West 5 threw a major Uniform Party last weekend to raise money for Help the Heroes.
The packed venue was awash with army boys, sailors, a pilot and a Star Trek crew member (well I guess it is a uniform!), with some even stripping it right back to military inspired underwear.
West London GMP – the Gay Men’s Project – were there, outreaching with bags of condoms and lube and forces sweetheart Rose Garden was on hand to rally the troops (she’s very hands on) with renditions of ‘Where The Boys Are’, ‘Proud Mary’, ‘Maybe This Time’ and even some flag waving for gay anthem ‘Ooh Aah Just A Little Bit’!
Hot boys, cheap drinks and a right good knees up! Fantastic!
