11/06/11: After the sensational INNA at G-A-Y Camp Attack the night before, on Saturday, and fresh from supporting Tinie Tempah on his tour, the lovely Katy B performed at G-A-Y. At only 22, her CV of collaborations already reads like a ‘Who’s Who’ of pop, R&B and UK Garage, and her performance was a glorious mix of all these genres and more. She did brilliant renditions of top 10 hits ‘Katy On A Mission’, ‘Broken Record’ and ‘Lights On’ as well as new single ‘Easy Please Me’ and other tracks from her debut album, ‘On A Mission’, that had the packed venue jumping up and down with out-stretched arms. Her red hair had a life of it’s own and after ditching her shoes she was jumping and bouncing like the rest of us. Fan-bloody-tastic.
