BAKEBOX

02/02/13: Aptly dubbed ‘BakeBox’, Green Carnation’s new Saturday monthly night did exactly what it said on the tin – because baked is exactly what we got!

We were very friendly welcomed by host Patrick, which ensured the night was going down a treat. We were surprised to see that the venue had even laid on some baked brownies and biscuits.

Don’t get us wrong – we obviously don’t eat carbs – but it was a lovely gesture. Jay Jayman and Chris Brogan had the music on point, with the crowd lovin’ the old school house, and Phil Marriott cooked up some delicious disco anthems.

Did someone leave the oven on, or were the tunes just that hot? You can expect a feel-good vibe, some tasty faces and totally camp cupcakes – a good recipe if you ask us! They stated that ‘Something’s rising in Soho’… Yeah, girl – tha roof! And then, something in our pants later that night…

A wicked night, we can’t wait for the next one.
