26/05/13: With the official onset of summer being marked by a hot and sunny Bank Holiday Sunday, both men and boys on the scene are increasingly looking for that excuse to strip-off and show everybody what they’ve been working on – and they had the Blocheads team to thank last Bank Holiday Sunday for giving them a sufficient, sexy and super fun reason to indulge themselves!
The Blochead’s Pool Party at Old Street’s popular Club Aquarium was open exclusively to impressively cut gay clientele, with three rooms to throw down some filthy moves in – and an entire pool room in which we could wash away any of our sins.
It was tight-fitting trunks, super-sized beach balls and a side serving of the typical, teeth-gritting, arm-throwing Bloc basslines.
The seismic DJ line-up consisted of Tom Stephan, Kris Di Angelis, Cathal, C-A-C and Pagano on the main floor. Meanwhile, Richard Mortimer, JoshYouAre, Jacqui Potato, JonBenet Blonde, Josh Quinton and Andy Bradin were in the lounge, with Francesco Poggi, Gepy and Radu Cristian in Room 2! <And breathe…!>
Blue film bad-boy Kennedy Carter and in-house Go-Go boys Martin, Fer and Claudio took stage dancing to truly seasonal degrees! If this be the taste of a hot summer, bring on a heat-wave in 2013!
