22/09/12:Â Saturday at Shadow Lounge seemed to imbue the sun, electric social atmosphere and sexual intensity of the increasing rites of passage that is the gay spring break.
The Delice Dream Party, among Europe’s elite of annual gay get-togethers, decided to warm the wild boys of London up a little early with a pre-party promoting the Barcelona 2013 event.
It seemed news had spread, and it certainly seemed the men in attendance had swarmed in with a hopeful ‘first come first served’ line of thought; only half an hour into the doors being opened, the flashing dance floor was rammed east to west with men sporting naughty smiles and a twinkle in their eye for all seasons.
And I mean men; big, broad and fit to burst out of their figure hugging shirts and tees. As the euphoric Balearic house took energy levels by storms, the gogo boys clad in sarongs and beachwear provided the bubbling crowd some considerable relief, working harder than us all to match the monster bass being dropped by special guest DJ Mr. Mola. Roll on next year, you’ve got us ready and waiting!
