14/12/13: “Girl, you’re gonna catch your death” was the first reaction when we showed off our skimpy outfit for this month’s Dish.
Possibly. But we gonna catch a man before that. And everybody knows that walking down the stairs to East Bloc is more difficult than finding a hot Grindr meet anywhere past Zone 3, add to that a gazillion vodka shots and you’re pretty much facing an Olympic challenge to maintain your elegance, poise and style in the face of the waiting hotties downstairs.
But that wasn’t going to stop us from getting immersed in a dance floor of Dishy boys. Borja Peña got things cooking in the main room, while Cathal O’Brien served up some delectable R&B in the Tapas room.
La Pequeña was la perfection on hosting duties as usual – not that we expected anything less! Tom Stephan returned to lay down some underground beats heavier than Jodie Marsh’s make-up. Between this and the tasty tunes from QBoy we didn’t stop dancing well into Sunday.
What better reason to bun off a Sunday gym session? Thanks for the Christmas treat, Dish – it was just what we wanted.
