22/10/11: The third week of the month is always a struggle (payday’s the 28th for most folks), but enter stage right wearing a hero t-shirt, Fire, who helped us through this time by throwing a free party last Saturday night.
Along with no door charge if you took a copy of the QX advert with you, came a back to basics club night of hot DJs and cute guys – all classic dancing with no stage-show interruptions – and top tuneage in the main room from Jamie Head, D’Johnny and the Sharp Boys.
Ariel was in the lounge with a right funk on, and there was no lack of choice as the eclectic crowd danced ‘til dawn before heading over to Beyond for the capital’s favourite weekly afterhours party.
