16/07/11: Ever on trend, G-A-Y went all mystical and magical last Saturday night with a special ‘G-A-Y is magic’ event in honour of the release of the last Harry Potter film. Well you know as well as I do that a real homo loves nothing better than watching things being pulled out of a wizard’s sleeve, and never ones to miss a trick, the glamorous coven of QX witches decided to up (broom)sticks and pay a little visit to the cauldron of late night lasciviousness that is Heaven, to check it out. We were duly rewarded by the stunning stage magic of recent ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ stars David and Karen and their magic show ‘Seeing is Believing’. The crowd was incredulous as they witnessed a glamorous assistant being cut in half and an underwater escape trick. As if three mind-blowing stage tricks weren’t enough entertainment to keep us on our toes, we also had the energetic new band SIX-D somersaulting and break dancing their way through their upcoming hit single ‘Best Damn Night’. Pure G-A-Y magic!
