G-A-Y PRESENTS ‘MEET T.O.W.I.E.’S SAM FAIERS’
Posted on May 16, 2012
12/05/12: G-A-Y is a monster of a party – it is so full of people, and Heaven is such a vast venue, that it can only be described that way.
Every pop superstar on the planet has performed here. You cannot deny its legendary status. Every room is packed – and there are lots, playing pop, R’n’B, chart toppers, and classic tunes that you really want to dance to when you’re all crunk and out on the town on a Saturday night.
Last week, The Only Way Is Essex star Sam Faiers was signing copies of her book (and one or two guy’s bare chests!) as the queue to see the TOWIE star stretched through corridors!
I saddled up to Joey Essex in the Departure Lounge. He’s pretty hot, in a super-shiny, primped and preened way. Our conversation went like this:
Jodie: ‘Hey’.
Joey Essex: ‘Hi’.
<SNAP! We have our picture taken>
Jodie: ‘I was on a flight to Ibiza on the row behind you once’
Joey Essex: ‘Were ya?’
Jodie: ‘Yeah’
Joey Essex: ‘Cool’
<Pregnant pause. I glance at my phone and pretend to check for texts. But I have no phone signal!>
Jodie: ‘Yeah. Bye.’
I love him. And I think he loves me.
I leave around 3am and still the throng of people clambering to get into the club was just as immense as when we arrived – this is one powerful club brand and a super fun night out.
P.S. If I end up marrying Joey Essex, you read it here first.
