GULLY

11/05/13: It seems Dalston is not just about the hipsters and homos these days.

Last Saturday saw a second helping of GULLY, London’s freshest hip-hop party gone gay and once again, this bash reclaimed the swagger-starved streets of London. The weather didn’t stop this jaunt from turning into a scorcher as the matchless basement that is Vogue Fabrics became a rapper’s paradise for the night.

Pumping the basslines was a line-up that knew how to push our buttons. Alongside homo-hop legend QBoy, was Mistamaker and NineBob who were gully in every way, playing the roughest and toughest hip-hop, grime, trap and R&B beats that had the hottest, hippest boys bouncing and bopping into a sweaty hot mess.

For a name that’s associated with all things unpolished and hardcore, it’s no surprise that us gays are gagging for more.  We can’t wait to get GULLY again soon!
