06/02/16: You know your East Bloc slut drop game was strong when your thighs still hurt on the way to work on a Monday morning.
I never usually make it until 6am at East Bloc (read: I’m an old maid), but I couldn’t help but dance, and love, and dance again until the break of dawn with house legends Terry Farley and Peter Heller as the dance commanders at this week’s Handsome. The night always delivers on beautiful men in varying states of undress – dancing like FKA Twigs is sweaty business – and beautiful music in various states of YES GAWD, however this week’s celebration for the launch of the DJ duo’s ‘House Masters’ record, served the classic sounds of US house that we know and love, and took them up a notch which until this point, considered an impossibility, how do you dom top the top of the pops that is East Bloc? You really do need to experience this club night at least once in your life, if not every single week. Keep on keepin’ on Handsome!
