02/04/17: Life is full of problems. From the Great Brexit Triggeration to having to find a new job, or simply facing the tyranny of choice down the shops and deciding what to eat for lunch: life is always throwing lemons at you and sometimes making lemonade out of them is just not good enough. So knowing that on a Sunday night, you can just head down to the Eagle and let your hair thoroughly down at Horse Meat Disco, always comes as a balm on those life-inflicted wounds. This Sunday, Severino and Jim Stanton were the ones dispensing the soothing disco beats that helped us forget things for a bit and steel ourselves for the coming onslaught of the week about to start. So next weekend, if you’ve had a shitty week, or even if you’ve had a great one and need to celebrate, you know where to go, Horse Meat Disco. Now, where did we put that bloody concealer?
