30/06/13: We’d heard some good things about Club Aquarium after it ran Blocheads so we were especially excited to hear that’s it’s now holding new weekly night Hot 2 Trot.
We were also especially excited to hear that our favourite drag queen, Barbara Bush, would not only be DJing but also hosting at the night. We’ve been very glad to see more and more of Miss Bush recently; she’s dusted off the fabulous wigs and dresses and is back to doing what she does best.
Jordan Adams also hosted with her and fabulous hosts they were. The amazing music came from DJs including Pagano and the Sharp Boys with deep and tech house in the main room.
The highlight of the night is a pool and jacuzzi in a separate room for clubbers to enjoy, where we enjoyed watching some hotties strip down to Speedos and get wet. Hot 2 Trot pulled in a diverse crowd with fashionista, fitties and the fabulous amongst its punters.
We can’t fault this night and will most definitely be returning next Sunday.
