07/08/11: Last Sunday saw Later gabbing summer by the balls and shouting Pimms O’clock.
London answered and the buff boys and glamorous girls of the capital’s committed party folk were all in attendance. The heavens opened for a short while, which far from putting a dampener on things, just helped quench the heat of the hot bodies.
It wasn’t long before the heat of the sunshine after the rain was beating down, though – and it was glorious. Some chose to cool down in the massive pool that’s been erected, others simply enjoyed a jug of Pimms from the special bar in the garden.
The truly committed stayed inside where the music was still pumping with beats provided by Paul Martin, Jammie Head, D’Johnny, Paul Heron and the Oli. Later really is the most extravagant way to party on or chill out. Cheers! Make mine a Pimms!
