Dalston Superstore was looking minty fresh on Friday night, especially an angelic clutter of cute cubs all in white T’s milling about. You know the ones. Anyway, Mints promised a pure nonsense homosexual discotheque and by George Michael, that’s what we got! Jess Farley, of female-identified/gender-queer DJ collective Rhythm Sister, and Eric Duncan AKA Dr Dunks lit it up down in the lazercave, while upstairs, Dalston denizens Chaka Khan’t and Jacob Aria span disco classics upstairs, that got us feelin’ real Wrigley! Like the mints. No, not getting it? Fine, whatever! Anyway, don’t miss the next Mints in May, it’s sure to be a road-block. We’ll see you there!
