12/09/2015: QX hit the sexy streets of Shoreditch for a mother of a Motherload party at East Bloc last weekend.
Featuring two devastating dancefloors of hot hunks and thundering house anthems, a crowd of old skool party luvvers made it a Saturday night bash to remember in the heart of East London’s glittering gay scene.
Roof raising highlights included resident deck veterans D Ramirez and Guy Williams channeling the glory days of DTPM and Trade for deeper than deep house grooves getting the throng throwing their hands up into the dawn.
Elsewhere and things got funky next door with a pumpin posse workin’ it on the flo’ honey for soulful sounds from Luke Heard in room 2. Meanwhile, there was another star turn to come in the DJ booth from long time legend, Justin Ballard, as the turbo boosted action kept the block rockin’ on City Road through ‘til morning.
