ORANGE – ELECTRIC

26/11/11: Reinvention is essential to longevity on this old scene of ours, and re-emerging phoenix like for a new life, Electric Brixton (formerly the Fridge and before that the 1913 Palladium Picture Playhouse) has had a sparkly new face lift and is ready for business.

Last weekend saw the Orange crew jump forward to a Saturday night for Electric Orange, and even better, it was free entry with flyers and QX advert folders before 1am!

Steve Pitron, Fat Tony and The Sharps worked the Electric’s wheels of steel and a bevy of beautiful boys and girls gogo’d their arses off on the staircase-clad stage while orange and purple cylinders spurted towers of flame across the packed dance floor.

After more than twenty years of history with the venue going back to the LoveMuscle days of yore, we are happy to confirm we are still totally in love with Electric Brixton and look forward to many more big nights out in SW2.

Check out more photos from this event and plan your next night out, all in the palm of your hand with the ‘QX Gay London’ iPhone app. Available to download FREE from the iTunes app store.
