26/06/1 6: Not wanting to give up without a fight on our biggest and best Pride in London ever, we managed to squeeze a drop more juice out of the weekend at Sunday night’s de rigueur destination, Orange at Fire.
With the crowd of Orange regulars boosted by Pride revelers, the dancefloor was a delicious mix of hot tourists, hot boys and a hot mess, but Glendora’s the hostess so that don’t count! Opening dj set came from el capitan Steven Artis before Nik Denton took us on a voyage of house discovery.
Mr Orange himself, the legendary Fat Tony brought home the closing set playing tunes so big there ain’t a box that’ll fit them in, with an uplifting climax that put most adult film companies to shame and left us to discreetly mingle with the commuters on our way home and pretend that we hadn’t been out for 3 days and really it was bright enough for Raybans.
