18/09/11: After a weekend of birthday celebrations, drag races, pre-parties, after parties et al, it was time to wrap up with one last final ‘Orange’ bow.
Starting a little earlier than usual, this trademark night definitely has our seal of approval.
Teamed with the resident DJs that Orange is renowned for, and partygoers with no intention of stopping just yet, there was room for just one more to send us into citrus overload: cue international superstar DJ Boy George who certainly brought his A-game with him!
No stranger to playing at Orange, or partying at the club where he celebrated his birthday earlier in the year, it was nice to see him grab the time from his ever expanding schedule to give us a full-on set, which showed a universal influence.
He gave us remixes of pop songs with a house back drop, melting into Spanish infused percussion beats before dropping the heavy trademark Orange sound that we love, he knows how to treat us!
