05/12/16: Orange:Space blasted off at midnight on Sunday for their weekly circumnavigation of the aural heavens, but with the added glitter that comes with a birthday as they celebrated 17 years of Sunday clubbing.
Raising money for GMFA, the UK’s leading gay men’s health charity with HIV and sexual health at the core of their work, this was truly clubbing with a heart. DJ Steven Artis kicked off the proceedings before handing over to Orange resident DJs Gonzalo and D’Johnny, playing ‘back to back’ and serving only the best in pumping house with big vocals thrown in for good measure.
As always the fun and frolicy crowd was an eclectic mix made up of those still out on their ‘big weekend’ and those that had been to bed, had a nap and arrived fresh and ready to party, and party they did! Like the slices hanging from the ceiling, Orange continues to be fresh and zingy.
