POPCORN ‘CARNIVAL’
Posted on February 20, 2012
20/02/12: The brilliance of Brazil brought to London!
No one does carnival like these gays, from feathers and frocks to muscles and jocks, CO2 canons, confetti and pyros, it’s one big bang after another and that was just in the Brazilian boys jock straps!
DJ Ariel mixed his heart out with a fabulous percussion accompaniment that got the whistling, jumping, popping, vibing and intense crowd at Heaven dancing on their feet all night long for hours on end, until their sweat turned to steam.
This was a mammoth six-and-a-half hour Latin-charged event that had pulses racing and muscles pumping; the venue was full of colour in respect of people, style and costumes.
If this is a taste of Brazil, I’m on the next flight. Oh, I must have got my arse pinched a dozen times! What a night.
Check out more photos from this event and plan your next night out, all in the palm of your hand with the ‘QX Gay London’ iPhone app. Available to download FREE from the iTunes app store
