28/07/17: AAAAAHH! In possibly the most iconic moment of 2017 so far, Labour MP Emily Thornberry stopped in at The RVT to read out the results of their Minogue Referendum. Now, if you haven’t already heard, Ms Thornberry has made quite the impression on politically-engaged gays, with her inherently fabulous way of delivering cutting retorts in parliament. On Friday night, her and her daughter put on some sparkly gold heels and hot-footed it down to The Royal Vauxhall Tavern, where she’s DJd before (!) to join in with their month camp popathon, Push The Button! Also in attendence was another of our faves, author Juno Dawson. NAMES NAMES NAMES! Well there we are.
