Queer Nation at Barcode

22/11/14: Barcode never fails to deliver a smashed-tastic evening of dirty-house tunes and half-naked muscle studs slutting it up on the dancefloor, and this Saturday proved to be no exception.

No prisoners were taken this weekend as Patrick Lilley presented Queer Nation’s 24th birthday party, delivering a dose of soulful American house and classic floor thrillers till the early hours of Sunday morn!

DJs Big John Freeman and Patrick Lilley took charge of the front bar spinning the decks to the legendary R&B and disco beats! The snapback studs were shaking their groove thing to the likes of Michael Jackson’s ‘Sunshine’ and The Trammps’s, ‘Disco Inferno’. The atmosphere was burning up with C & C Music Factory’s, ‘Everybody Dance Now’ and a variety of Whitney Houston classics thrown in to turn it up a notch!

For all you house music fanatics, a special treat was awaiting in the main room as DJs Supadon and special guest Booker T proved they were all about the bass by blaring out their renowned, American house beats. The Vauxhall kids took centre stage under the glistening ceiling of disco balls while getting down and dirty to the best soulful American house tunes on demand!
