Last Thursday at Society, Lo-Profile, was just that – the last Thursday – for Raphael, the club’s much loved General Manager, and team member (and his wife) Viola.
It’s no surprise then that the leaving do was seemingly emblazoned on everybody’s social calendar, and the men and wing-women of high Soho-ciety were out in force; a mix of spray on t-shirts and sharp suits seeking out the ‘men of the moment’ under the star-and-circle lit ceiling.
Rafael and Viola fielded the steady flow of kisses and enquiries, moving back and forth between the dance-floor and the VIP divide line, where on both sides the crowd buck and writhed in tandem to the throbbing house provided by DJs Tony English and Fabio Luigi.
These two certainly weren’t keeping a low profile for one of the biggest send-offs of the year so far. QX wishes them all the best – Bon voyage!
