23/01/16:Â QX glammed it up on City Road as The Men Who Fell to Earth joined forces with Hackney rebels, Knickerbocker, for a rampant riot of a Saturday night bash at East Bloc last weekend.
Featuring two rooms of subterranean shenanigans and devastating DJ antics, a bevy of wayward guys ‘n’ gals caused a pile up on the dancefloor into the dawn at one of the hottest basement joints in town.
Highlights at the decks saw scene star Jamie Head blazing a comet trail of underground club licks that had the throng throwing their hands up amidst the dry ice and lasers for tripped-out burbling beats galore.
Next door saw naughty but nice Knickerbocker boys, aaronzimbra and Alex Lawless, hijacking the decks for pop music glory with a barrage of chart smashes in the refurbished room 2.
Meanwhile there was plenty more to come on the main floor from London legend Paul Heron taking to the wheels of steel as the thrills continued through ‘til extravagantly late!
