14/03/14: London’s longest-running bijou bears night celebrated an impressive 11 years on the Vauxhall block as Tonker let rip for a bonanza birthday bash last weekend.
Featuring all the beefed-up antics we know and love, the anniversary special saw a mass of hairy hunks packing into the Eagle for dastardly DJ sounds, supercharged socialising and a whole lot more at one of the most popular parties in town.
Highlights under the disco balls included dazzling daddy Ross Jones joining Tonker promoter Tim Jones at the decks for a furry face-off that had the grizzly gathering throwing their hands up into the small hours. Elsewhere, a midnight running buffet included enough tasty nibbles to see us through ‘til breakfast.
Meanwhile, the spring-like conditions outside proved a draw for all those friendly folks whose idea of a great night out is holding court in the Eagle garden until closing time. But with all those funkin’ choons to enjoy inside it was back onto the dancefloor for us as the thrills continued through ‘til late.
Tonker is back at Eagle London this Friday!
