25/03/11: Eight years on and still going strong, London’s furriest Friday night throw-down, Tonker was packed for its 8th birthday party last weekend. Kicking the celebration off in super style, a special VIP champagne soiree for their most loyal fans, was followed by one hell of a stonkin’ Tonker blowout. On hand to get the party started was DJ Simon le Vans from GaydarRadio along with hilarious Ab Fab impersonators ‘Patsy’ and ‘Edina’ (Sweetie! Darling!). There was a performance by Bear Dr Who that got the evening’s live entertainment underway, which later included some very hot muscle gogo action. But it was the Tonker talent that really turned the night on – shaking their meat to the beat, the butch brigade was out in force. By the time DJs Tim and Ross Jones took over the decks the party was well and truly pumpin’ with a delicious mix of cubs, chunks and bearded hunks. Free shots, hot buffet, sexy barmen, bangin tunes. Tonker’s still got it. A very tasty birthday!
