01/12/12: The Coronet revved-up for a rocket-boosted second anniversary event as WE Party celebrated its near world-domination status with a full-throttle ‘Formula 2’ bash last weekend.
The WE crew have certainly taken London by storm over the past two years with a string of pumping parties pulling in capacity crowds for devastating DJ sounds and top notch production. Saturday’s birthday bash proved no exception with a monumental display of clubbing prowess keeping the block rockin’ right through the night.
Highlights included special guest DJ Carlos Gallardo hitting top gear at the decks for high-velocity dance beats on the main floor, with even more to come from buff boy-racers, Steve Pitron, D’Johnny and Paul Heron. Elsewhere and celebrity dragster, Jodie Harsh, put her high-heeled foot to the floor upstairs with a glam-slammin’ Room Service party that had Kris Di Angelis and Ariel burning rubber in the DJ booth.
Meanwhile, things hit warp speed onstage as superstar diva, Soraya Naoyin, waved the chequered flag on a dazzling live show, taking in the super-sexy WE dancers and enough amazing graphics to leave us dazed and delighted by the time we emerged into the frozen Elephant and Castle dawn on Sunday morning.
