22/08/15: XXL certainly has the Pulse of the people, pulling it out of the bag week in, week out. This week they gave us a duo synonymous with the term ‘House Music’, Gary and Kevin aka the Hoxton Whores.
They tore the roof off the bear cave this past Saturday, with hard hitting house beats that kept you sweating for hours on the huge cavernous main floor.
Across the way in the pop/commercial room was that camp connoisseur, the pop princess, David Robson, followed by Joe Egg keeping you throwing shapes like it was geometry class until the earlier hours.
Next week is Wayne G, which coupled with the fact it’s a bank holiday weekend, pretty much assures you it’s going to be crazy!! See you there!
