24/10/15: The hours from 10pm to 7 am on Saturday nights must be spent by at least 70% of this city’s ‘scenesters’ in the mammoth space that comprises nightclub Pulse.
That much if not more – at least, it feels that way every time you step inside the mammoth, Catacombs-esque set-up where party night XXL is in residence. Here among London’s most coveted bear crowd, where the traffic-stopping men usually vary far beyond, one should have no trouble laying eyes and hands on something that makes the weekend every bit worth waiting for.
Last weekend’s headliner DJ FunkyBear provided a set bass-heavy enough to blow the foundations off the place, which was all the cue necessary for the men to make their moves. In case you don’t already know, XXL also throws open it’s doors for mid-week madness…so now you do, and do with that information what you will!
