26/08/17: Somewhat predictably, our fave bear’s den XXL was packed to the rafters for bank holiday weekend! It’s safe to say that the cavernous Southwark venue is now the gay scene’s generally preferred Saturday night superclub, and the gays descend, as they are wont to do, in droves! It was a wrestling special, so there were lots of lovely singlets doing the rounds. Always fun! We particularly enjoyed the profusion of hot hairy muscle daddies who were in attendance. We love a muscle daddy, especially on a hot summer night. Thirst = QUENCHED. Talking of us being thirsty, we’d love a sip of superstar DJ Paul Morrell, who was in attendence wearing a lovely shirt. Hey Paul!
