Orange: The 17th Birthday and World Aids Day Fundraiser for GMFA
05/12/16: Orange:Space blasted off at midnight on Sunday for their weekly circumnavigation of the aural heavens, but with the added glitter that comes with a birthday as they celebrated 17 years of Sunday clubbing.
27/11/16: Steven Artis and Orange Nation have refreshed their flagship night with a brand new theme – ORANGE:SPACE – and it’s out of this world!
29/08/16: No bank holiday weekend would be complete without an Orange finale, and it being Carnival weekend to boot, last week’s was off the chart.
Orange Pride @ Fire
26/06/1 6: Not wanting to give up without a fight on our biggest and best Pride in London ever, we managed to squeeze a drop more juice out of the weekend at Sunday night’s de rigueur destination, Orange at Fire.
15/05/16: London’s longest running Sunday dance destination is growing week after week with its new sound, new look and new vibe courtesy of Steven Artis
Orange @ Fire
17/04/16: Down Vauxhall-way Monday mornings just got a little brighter with the re-launch of Orange Nation’s headline event.
17/01/16: Fifteen years, still going strong and still putting Sunday clubbing on the map.
26/12/15: Who said the festive fun had been and gone? For a belated Christmas treat, me and my amigos sleighed our way down to saarf London for an orgasmic evening at Fire, Vauxhall.
Out on the Dock presents Frost Festival
15/11/14: November only now seems fully in session following the monolithic Frost Festival super-party held by Out on the Dock last Saturday.
ONCE AROUND THE BLOC
Since opening in September 2010, East Bloc has become one of the hottest party destinations our fair gay scene has to offer. A deliciously eclectic, polysexual clubbing hub with a New York ‘underground’ vibe, we sent Lee Dalloway to chat with owner Wayne Shires (pictured left with Tom Stephan) to tell us more…
02/03/12: Ku Bar is one of those venues that continually attracts the freshest faces on the scene - maybe it’s the great drinks offers, or the relaxed friendly atmosphere, or maybe it’s the buff bar boys (usually shirtless), the constant stream of commercial pop music and videos on a plethora of plasma screens or the variety of entertainment night after night in the basement Ku Klub.
OVER THE BORDER
A weekly gay Sunday club that was born over 20 years ago in small cities around Belgium has grown into one of the biggest, most renowned and most anticipated parties in Europe. Yes, you know it – were talking La Demence…
ONYX VS AM – FAT TONY’S BIRTHDAY
25/11/11: In this transient scene in which we live, legends are few and far between, so when one of them celebrates a birthday it would be rude not to gatecrash and raise a glass.
ORANGE – ELECTRIC
26/11/11: Reinvention is essential to longevity on this old scene of ours, and re-emerging phoenix like for a new life, Electric Brixton (formerly the Fridge and before that the 1913 Palladium Picture Playhouse) has had a sparkly new face lift and is ready for business.
06/11/11: With the current temporary outage at Fire starting last weekend, all their regular nights packed up the décor, bubble wrapped the mirror balls and shipped the whole caboodle (DJs included) over the road to Factory.
ORANGE SOHO PINK SUNDAY SPECIAL
18/09/11: After a weekend of birthday celebrations, drag races, pre-parties, after parties et al, it was time to wrap up with one last final ‘Orange’ bow.
ONE DIRECTION @ G-A-Y
17/09/11: Question, what do you get if you cross five hyperactive teenagers with two gigantic cakes?
11/09/11: It wasn’t unlucky for some last Sunday, as Orange celebrated its “can you believe it” 13th birthday!
