Gay Star Travel Expo!

January sees the return of the Gay Star Travel Expo in London’s Heaven nightclub – the only place in the capital you’ll find an indoor beach!

Whether it’s a European city break or a long haul adventure you’re after, you’ll get to plan your travel movements for 2015 at the daytime event by taking advantage of expert advice and special offers, as you chat to a host of gay-friendly exhibitors and travel specialists. Visit Vienna, Austrian Airlines, Visit Gibraltar, All Leisure Holidays, Sun Resorts will all be in attendance at the Expo, among others.

Meanwhile, supporters will include gay magazines QX and Attitude (who’ll be bringing along some jam-packed goodie bags) Gaydio, Barefoot Wines, Jeeves and Financial Ombudsman – not to mention the Warwick Rowers, whose fine physiques will be among the special guests at this travel extravaganza, the brainchild of queer news website Gay Star News.

Punters can also expect fun and games throughout the day, from wine tastings and photo booths to debates and competitions: by registering to attend via the event’s official Eventbrite page, you can enter a prize giveaway to win an amazing trip for two to Vienna, to make like Conchita Wurst and be part of the Eurovision Song Contest (19th – 23rd May). There will also be a state of the art ION camera up for grabs on the day.

Later that night, the expo will transform into a travel-themed club night featuring a high-profile surprise performer – given Wrecking Ball singer Miley Cyrus stole the show at the last Gay Star News party, you can expect someone who’s going to cause a stir!
