SPOTLIGHT: MAKE A DIFFERENCE SUMMER GARDEN PARTY

Sunday 21st saw over 200 supporters of The Make A Difference Trust turn out to celebrate the start of The Trusts 21st year celebrations with a fundraiser for The Helderberg Street Peoples Centre in South Africa. The party was hosted by Mr Rupert Cavendish, who once again threw open his beautiful home and tropical gardens in Earls Court for a good cause.  Alongside wonderful food and a bar kindly supported by Freedom and Grey Goose Vodka, there was entertainment from members of the cast of Phantom of the Opera; War Horse, the incredibly talented Nathan Martin and the legendary Gay Soper.

As if not enough, the poolside auction was hosted by Mr Christopher Biggins who was on top form as he persuaded everyone to bid big. With the sun shining and the wine flowing, the crowd was in a buoyant mood and an impressive amount raised for an excellent cause. Keep reading QX for updates of how much was raised and future events.
