08/02/12: We luv you long time! For five dollar (of course). Glam Jam is there at Halfway 2 Heaven every week, but this week was special so “Happy Birthday, Lady Imelda!”
She gave a comical performance as ever helped along by the ting to her tong, the ying to her yang, CJ on keyboard. There were also a few special guests along for the mad rollercoaster of a ride on stage including Karmen Sutra who is apparently entering the next Drag Idol – we’ll look forward to that!
The Lady brought along a rickshaw full of goodies including a rubber chicken, a stuffed fox and a new drink of hers called an Imelda Bum, like a Jager bomb but this one actually does go with a whiz pop fizz and a big bang!
So we drink to you Imelda for all the laughs and love over the years, and here’s to another year of cabaret madness.
