Back down The Glory for Shit Show – Holy Shit! Easter Special! on Saturday 31st March at 8pm. The incredible Baby Lame stomps all over Easter with her monthly variety show! Special guests Shesus, The Nightbus, Lily Snatchdragon and Grace Shush! Plus Miss Hernia sticks her oar in during proceedings! It doesn’t stop there…The Glory present an Easter Day Parade on Sunday 1st April, starting 4pm till 2am. Billed as ‘The happiest all-slayer all-dayer’, there’s a cast featuring Cissy, Grace Shush, John Sizzle, Frieda Slaves, Tracy Barlow, Rudi Douglas, Margo Marshall, Xnthony and DJ music from the fabu Dance Armstrong who I had a good old dance to the other night!
It’s our fave disco rave Horse Meat Disco on Easter Sunday April 1st, with special guest DJ Heidi Lawden and residents Luke Howard and Severino. It goes on till 4am at the Eagle, which I see has been having some flourishes done. A real institution, Horse Meat is just one of those occasions all roads lead to. Especially on bank holiday Sundays!
Oh yeah I kind of forgot it’s April Fools day but Sunday Funday haven’t ha ha, oh I love that lot. Fabulous Maxi Moore back from her travels dons her jesters cap and has a few tricks up her sleeve with DJs, shows and gossip. And it all takes place at VFD, 66 Stoke Newington Road, which will be adorned from 10pm till late.
And my dears, the WUT? CLUB kooks have an Easter Bank Holiday Special at Dalston Superstore this Sunday 1st April. 10pm-4am. DJs up and down with special guest A B S O L U T E then also Raven Mandella, Prince Jason Jason, Lewis G. Burton and Shay Malt.
Then, well you might as well round it off with Chapter 10 §10.31 | Easter Rave on Sunday 1st. OMG this is the final destination at the Bloc. Autumn Street warehouse space. Listen loves, you only live once so get into the crush where anything can happen whilst the insane dance beats, light shows and drag go-go dancers drive us wild till 6am!
